If looking to get anything from this store, you Come to the right place. I can't Bragg enough on the courtesy and professionalism of this store. Even when I had some personal issues I feel they went out of their way to accommodate me.. A big shout out to Dillon as I delt mostly with him. Thank you Dillon and this store. You made me a believer in businesses that really show they do care. I had gotten a Refrigerator but no longer needed. They were awesome with that item. I am about to pay off my computer. I would highly recommend this store and their crew to help you with your needs. They are honest and trustworthy.

I can not say enough great things about this store. The staff always greets you when you walk in the door and they go above and beyond for their customers. They take time to explain things and answer questions. Highly recommend. I have bought 7 items from this store and I am sure I will continue to do so.

Rent A Center in Barbourville treated me amazing! Dillon however was inappropriate with the women there! But Caitlin was so helpful with information and my purchase. I spoke to Brittney on the phone before I came in and she was so polite and helpful. Austin and Gary delivered my couch like professionals they were very mindful of my house and to get it set up correctly, they even had me sit on it and make sure I was happy before leaving!

i love this store and the employees the best around the manager Dillon Hatfield will go up and beyond to do what he can to make every customer happy and feel valued. I have been with Rent A Center when they was Coloroma so for about a total of 6-10 years. Thank you Dillon Hatfield and the helpful employees.

Everyone was super helpful. My washing machine died the day before Thanksgiving and we were in a bind. I originally ordered a washer online and had trouble with my order. I had to go into the store on black Friday and everything was sorted out pretty quickly. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. I just had the washer delivered today and both deliveey men were really kind and worked efficiently. They helped move the old washing machine and made sure the new one was set up correctly. They showed us how to operate the new machine and were very helpful answering our questions. I would give 10 stars if I could.
