I got approved and they delivered my washer and dryer the next day and hooked it up and tested both of them!! They are awesome !!

Had a great experience so far. Customer service has been fanatic, easy delivery and I had a couch switched out with no issues at all. Really impressed, thank you!

If i could give no stars i would. I ordered a king size bedroom set and got a queen. The mattress doesn’t fit the bed. I didn’t get slats so my bed is leaning. After that, we also found out bed bugs are in the headboard. We keep getting bit I told John and he thinks it’s funny and said it didn’t come from his store but his employees told me it did. Then after all this somehow the payment went up and they told me they will look into it and never looked into it. Then they decided to keep calling about some more money as a payment but we can’t even have the rest of the pieces to the bed set smfh. Do Not buy from there!

I would NOT recommend this store AT ALL. Never got any of my equipment. The Manager's at the stores are persuasive and don't do what they've told you . And the delivery men don't like to work and lie on customers. Now I'm waiting on refunds that I haven't even received notification that they've been processed or that they are even working on them. Also I've been hung up on numerous of times. I've taken my business elsewhere and will not be coming back! And just Incase you can't find me in the systems I have all agreement numbers as well as transactions numbers.

I have to say I am very thankful for the quick response and delivery from the company. However this Shante and her personal issues in the filed of customer service. Today placed on hold for 20 min to inquire about an additional charge and how to remove it. Instead of helping she the statement you are not being billed for insurance. I know this my company has great and insurance and my cost is zero. Me coming to rent a center was of want and not of need. I hope your boss or your boss's boss sees this and would like to have a conversation. Shante if incorrectly misspelled your name excuse me for it. Just being a customer that would like express his concerns on how the public are being addressed by one person. John thank you for service and to the gentlemen who delivered my furniture it was a pleasure speaking with and doing business with the three of you.
