Hometown has been so good to me!! I've been renting from them for years & never had one problem. They are always on top of things big or small. In all the years they have only been late once delivering & that was out of their control. Hometown has people that are nice, willing to go the extra mile, helpful, knowledgeable again very nice & kind. I'll always use them, I'll not go anywhere else. They have my support & business. Johnathan & her staff are amazing she always takes the best care of me Johna is absolutely the best!!!!

As return customer, I always appreciate this location and all they do. They didn't try to upsell me. Just asked some basic questions and got us what we needed. Great team!

***UPDATE*** Just wanted to update my review. I came home and they took my kids chalk and wrote "Hometown was here" on the steps of my porch. This is a violation of consumer protection standard as well as harassment. But I guess I should thank them right lol It is also on camera, so I will be taking further action. This place will rip you off tell you one thing an when it's time to sign contract it is something completely different. Everytime you get close to paying your merch off the balance will increase. Johna is unprofessional and I have text messages to prove it. I paid 1,187 dollars for a $600 item and now am being threatened felony theft lol because I refuse to pay another $400 when the balance should be complete. I was paying for insurance and when damage was done to my table they said it didn't cover it. Again a total rip off save your time and money.

The store Manager Johna was so helpful and so nice and not pushy like a lot of sales people. The guys that delivered our furniture were awesome and so helpful as well, they even took apart and carried our old sectional out of my house. Bottom line is I have found my furniture store, I won't be going anywhere else!

I have bought several appliances and peices of furniture from Hometown. The service is always top notch. Deliveries are on time and drives very helpful. I highly recommend them!

I have used hometown for years, as a single mom on disability they make furniture and appliance shopping realistic. Washer and dryer, fridge, beds, couches, dressers anything you need they got it. Great customer service, not just once your in store or picking a purchase but the entirety of the pay arrangement. Jonah at the haysville store has always been wonderful to work with. They answer all my questions are helpful when choosing a affordable option that meets my requests. The delivery guys are always nice and respectful. They will always be my furniture and appliance store.
