I have bought several appliances and peices of furniture from Hometown. The service is always top notch. Deliveries are on time and drives very helpful. I highly recommend them!
I have used hometown for years, as a single mom on disability they make furniture and appliance shopping realistic. Washer and dryer, fridge, beds, couches, dressers anything you need they got it. Great customer service, not just once your in store or picking a purchase but the entirety of the pay arrangement. Jonah at the haysville store has always been wonderful to work with. They answer all my questions are helpful when choosing a affordable option that meets my requests. The delivery guys are always nice and respectful. They will always be my furniture and appliance store.
I have bought and rented from here several times. I have never had a problem. Johna and team go above and beyond. I will recommend them to anyone.My cats also agree the furniture is comfy.
My dryer gave out and I needed a new one quickly. Johna the manager was very helpful and helped me choose a nice one. She was able to give me a quick same day delivery for 3 o'clock. The delivery guys showed up exactly at 3 and moved the old one ,set up the new one and were gone by 3:11! Can't say enough nice things.
Absolutely amazing people! Was in and out in 20 minutes. And my stuff was delivered same day, on time, and setup within minutes. Will definitely be coming back for all appliance and furniture needs!
