Arona has always been amazing too me especially Feclia. The past year I had some huge lows financially when paying got hard & I know my things could of been taken away. Felicia treated me like a Human- family - customer -friend not just a Transaction as most people would as in her boss and a few others. I also know Felicia can get down to business when things are abused.. I've spent over $25,000 over the five years with Arona based on bank records. So I consider the store family not just a transaction. Felicia runs the store with Respect if you walk into a Rent A Center you can tell the difference between the two stores. The staff inside work just as hard. I hope these reviews mean something not just a way to criticize. I think higher ups need to look at your customers the way Felcia does not just a transactions. The approach with people can be different.

They were very nice.I have bone cancer.They worked with me until I found a lovely loveseat that I could actually use and they also with my mattress that I had to get rid of my old one so thank you arona

Felicia was more than enough help and made things happen in a timely manner. My kids are so ecstatic!! I couldn’t ask or look for a faster, efficient and easier way. Ordered same day delivered the right way !!! I definitely will recommend anytime asked !! Even if not asked !!

Absolutely love the staff there. They are all so friendly. And I am new at this and they help explain things so well. And the quality of furniture and appliances are amazing. Would highly recommend for new comers to check them out.
