I enjoy arona immensely Alexa and Betty are two very sweet people Alexis always waited on me taking very good care of me I really really like her a lot in fact I don't go to nobody else but her to buy something

We ordered a laptop from them . They made us make the first payment of $130 and then denied us and refused to give us back our money! Said it was going to be a credit on our account which is bullshit because I will never purchase anything from them again. They did not let us know ahead of time that this was their policy if it even is their policy . I have disputed this with my bank and if it does not get resolved that way I'm seeking an attorney because this is fraudulent and they will be paying me a lot more than $130!

Has called me multiple times while at work, during the holidays, and more for money even though they constantly everyday are taking money out of my account. Calls me to ask for more money. I would not recommend this place at all. They scam you. Employees are not friendly, and have zero work ethic. Took 1 whole month and multiple rescheduling to even deliver anything. 0/10 would not recommend.

I have been a customer with them for the past 4 yrs and have paid off multiple agreements with them because I was a satisfied customer. I go in to pay off my last agreement and seen something I really liked and hey why not they always done great business with me up until these past few months I will not return as a customer. Supposed to have got a free month which I did but received multiple calls a day saying I was behind on payment. When I wasn’t. Got told two different prices even when the delivery drivers brought my item, had a totally different price of what I was told in the store, own staff agreed that the staff lies , but what really made me regret my decision to continue business with them is when I get treated like I’ve never been a great customer and get told by my multiple workers the amount I owe. It’s all over the place, unorganized, and I get told oh someone dropped the ball and made a mistake but I’m the one who has to pay for it by being told I’m behind on payments. NEVER will I return as a customer ever again. They might not care at all but as a customer who paid off a living room set, a bed, a tv and a gaming system you should care. I’m really frustrated because this never happened before and nothing has been done about it from management. Very unsatisfactory service.

Arona to say the least is simply the best around! My husband and I are truly speechless about the electric bed/mattress we bought. I have told everyone around about the bed. For many many years now we have both woke up every day in all sorts of pain... back, neck, you name it. Even to the point that we were helping one another up and we are only in our young 40s. Since day one we have woke up with ZERO pain. It's like a miracle to say the least. And the payments are very reasonable and the cheapest around. Trust me I did my research before buying. We can't thank you enough Arona! The Julins 😁
