So I called in to see if we could rent to own a refrigerator and I wanted the side by side fridge with the ice and water machine like we had before we had a house fire and the guy on the phone said I’m only approved for 100 a month which is bizarre so he said he could do 20.00 over but not 40.00. This place is a joke.

Severe fire hazard!! We bought a stackable washer and dryer from Aaron’s back in March 2023. Dryer did not work when we received it, so they eventually sent someone out to fix the part that didn’t work. The dryer still did not run 100% and we were having to dry our clothes 2-3 times. We then decided to replace the hose to see if that would help, and in doing that noticed the pipe leading into the back of the dryer was loose, so we took the back off and saw the medal pipe was never even connected inside of the dryer and has been blowing lint all inside of the dryer. This is a huge fire hazard and I thank god it did not catch on fire. We will never buy from Aaron’s again and advise anyone else instead of buying used, go through Menards or Lowe’s, you can get a brand new appliance with the same monthly payments and you are not putting your family and home at risk.

I've purchased a few different items from Aaron's and I have been happy with each one of them. And the sales people go above and beyond to make your visit to their store a great one. I have never been disappointed.

Hooked me up with a computer for gaming filled out app and was able to pick it up the next day the computer was billed as a gaming computer but the graphics card was rated in the bottom 7 percent for gaming. I let them know about it and they are working with me to fix this issue. Will update rating when resolved.

Due to a sudden medical need, was interested in renting a piece of furniture. Although I was treated nicely by the store floor clerk, and my information was taken with a request from me to be contacted, and a followup call from me about the same, nothing ever happened. No call, no inquiry, no attempt at a sale. I went elsewhere and was treated much better. Don't recommend this business.
