Just wondering why these reviews because I have always believed that honesty is the best policy on both sides. If the customer is honest with Aaron's from the beginning there should be no issues. If you want to return an item that is okay too. Just remember, they need to inspect the aforementioned piece of furniture whatever it is before you return it. Don't get mad just nicely explain what your situation is, don't get hateful about it. Treat others like you want to be treated.

Extremely poor service. Called, left a mess for a callback, they didn't even save the message let alone call me back. And don't get me started on their online ordering which is a hassle and they tell you you have to go into the store anyway so ordering online is pointless it's a waste of time. I submitted all my information including my entire social security number.

I tried a couple of times to rent/buy a lift chair. A very expensive lift chair. Communication with my local store in Terre Haute, IN was very frustrating. The contract was signed all I needed was a delivery date so I tried to call my closest store. The phone rang and rang then someone would just hang up! This happened repeatedly throughout the day when I tried to call. Finally a lady answered and said she was just too busy to answer the phone "there were people everywhere!" Her words. Could I hold on. So after 16 minutes on hold I hung up and cancelled my order. I don't trust a company that treats potential or new customers like that. Customer service is your first impression of a business and mine was very disappointing. Sorry Aaron's but your competitor got my business!

Everything was fine in the beginning, and Tim was professional and helpful when it came to unloading the couches I had previously been renting and was now returning. However, the situation took a turn during the return process. While I was outside, my girlfriend overheard an older employee say, “Make sure to rip off the dust covers—I don’t like him nor trust him,” which was completely uncalled for. There was no reason for that kind of comment, and it made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I didn’t have any issues on my end and was simply returning the furniture as expected. It’s disappointing because the service started off well, but that interaction left a really negative impression.

This is the worst place to rent from I have experienced two different situations with them my aunt rented from them I got a bed and a refrigerator and they wouldn’t take it back due to some unexpected circumstances and so we kept it, but they didn’t find us or try to take us a small claims but then in other incident when my husband skipped a couple payments because he was laid off from his job, they threatened to take him too small claims, I feel like if you’re going to take someone for small claims for one incident you need to take them for another two not just for electronics they pick and choose who they want to take a small claims and that is not fair arrond is the worst place to rent from I do not recommend

I ordered a speaker said it would be in in 2 weeks they was able to get me one in a few days. So far been nice on the phone. I was running behind to pick speaker up store was closed but they stayed and help me get it loaded and was very nice about it. So first interactions are 5 stars.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Told the delivery people the doors might need to be taken off so let me know, they decide not to let me know then proceed to break not only the new refrigerator but also my old one. So now I have no refrigerator and it’s “my problem not theirs”
