Please be careful with these people .. And when I say careful , I do mean careful .. Just last month , Friday , April 3 , 2026 (yes , of this year) , Aaron's over drafted better than $300 from my bank account for the final payment on my account for a washer and dryer set .. I am not lying , I'm telling you the truth .. The final payment they were supposed to take from my account was for the amount of $113.39 .. Nothing more , nothing less .. These people withdrew $331.56 ... Then had the audacity to catch an attitude with in the process .. SMH .. They owe me $104.78 .. And I have yet to see that money .. Every time I call their store , they put me on hold and leave me there ..I suppose that's their way of resolving my situation .. I was a good customer to them , and this is how they can do me .. Never once missed a single payment .. And this is how they do me .. This is money ($104.78) that is due to me .. Yet I have not received .. The easypay feature is probably one they use to hoodwink countless others out of money .. So customers and potential customers , please beware .. Don't let what happened with my account happen to your's .. You heard it here first .. đ¤ˇ
I would like to personally thank KRISTA for all the help that I was given today. I've been very frustrated. But, by the end of my phone call, all of my frustration was erased and I'm just so happy right now!!! I recommend any and everyone to check out Aaron's. Their prices are reasonable and they will work with you if you run into any personal snags. The employees are awesome and super patient. Lol, they have to be when it comes to me when I get a bit upset. I just appreciate all that has been done for me. I've actually paid off 2 laptops in a 1 1/2 years, and have a gaming laptop and a 70inch flat screen I'm still paying on. This should show you just how great Aaron's is. I needed a stove and refrigerator and was able to get my daughter a Play Station 5. I went online to Aaronâs which at the time they had a special going on. I found the refrigerator and stove plus the Play Station 5 I wanted. I applied for the loan and my appliances arrived in 3 days just before Christmas. I was extremely happy. When my appliances arrived and everything went smoothly. We had some problems with the refrigerator. I called Aaronâs. The Aaronâs team of Josh (Manager), Krista and delivery team Marcus are amazing. They are working very hard and made sure that we are satisfied. They are very pleasant to speaking with even though I was stressed out. Speedway Aaronâs Manager Josh, Krista and delivery team Marcus. I have had the best experience with everyone at Aaron's from the first contact to the gentleman that brought out my washer and dryer. The manager was so nice. The appliances even came 5 days earlier than they expected and they came right out and hooked everything up.
