Customer reviews
Always friendly and informative when visiting the store. Either if paying a bill or shopping for new items, they go the extra mile to make sure that every need is met. They went above and beyond recently and ordered a new iPad that I was able to get for my wife. I would definitely recommend American Rental at the Scottsburg location!
Always a pleasure to deal with everyone at American Rental! The delivery guy was super nice and was a pro with our stairs.
They are some of the nicest people you ever want to do business with and they go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you want. So my hats off to Sierra and Dakota and all the workers there at American Rentals they're the best.
We went in for a couch, American Rental came highly recommended. We love our new couch and the overall experience. Customer service in store and while moving was excellent!
Cierra and her crew are very helpful and informative. They make sure to fit things in your best interests and work with you on everything. I bought a couch and bed from them and it is beyond everything I needed and wanted plus more. :)
I have bought from American Rental for over twenty years. I've always had fast friendly service and if I had any issues with anything I bought, they did their best to fix the issue. Great place to shop if you need to buy on payments.
