I had furniture through them tried to return it cause I can no longer afford it week to week they told me NO their very rude and harrass their customers with threats of calling police because I no longer wanted the furniture I had been paying for through them instead they were very unprofessional cussing at their customers threatening them and so on so fourth Evan by far is the rudest staff member here at the store front in Rochester. aren’t the customers always right??,

Will not return furniture that I can’t afford because of a “urine smell” that’s i do not smell on the furniture. and was told to sell it on marketplace or to Throw it away. And was also informed that I have to still keep making payments for. Do not recommend unless for a never-ending payment plan.
