I've gotten many items from the location in North Vernon, In. over the years that they've been opened. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is willing to help everyone out of they need to pay a few days late. Just an amazing place to rent to buy from if needed.

This is a top-notch facility.Have a great items and great customer service i would make recommend coming there and rename , ganaleaning , home french cities that you will need for your house

The employees are always very kind and accommodating. They’ll strike up a conversation and treat you like family there. We went in looking for a deep freezer and they didn’t have one in store, got us one just a few hours later. Great customer service and always have a smile on their faces

This store and staff are amazing group in all. Communication and teamwork willingness to assure customer satisfaction. Store manager very enthusiastic
I love the staff at North Vernon American Rental! They are always friendly, understanding and do their best to help however they can. They changed my delivery time when I had something come up and made it possible to recieve my furniture earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend thier services! I am all the way around satisfied, couldn't ask for better service!
