This location sucks . My gf called talked to a guy named Mike and kept resaying that he was new and while she was still talking he hung up while she's just ask him a question and he's like well don't I deserve a fair chance if I'm new ... Like we not here to play around to trying to make sure things are taken care of. This location is terrible. I was suppose to get a delivery a while back and nobody called to say anything and everybody not on the same page. I talked to 3 different people and only person was pretty nice was Bernadette. I asked him when I will know if you talked to your general manager he said I won't know and if the calls stop then that's the only way I would know. What a joke. Never doing business with them only online . Sad when people over the phone is nicer than calling a location.

I rent a few things from this store, but the store manager himself is not customer friendly at all. I picked out a dining set online, and it's a lot lower to the ground than what it looked online, and it's hard for me to get up from the chairs. I just wanted a higher set, but the store manager said if they come and get it that I couldn't order another dining room set from them, and hung up the phone. Like I said I rent three other items from this store, but after today I might send everything back.

shaneka was the best!!!! customer service amazing, attitude great, she helped me choose exactly what i wanted and stay within my price range and i chose the perfect most beautiful bed im very pleased and happy
