I can't give enough praise to the employees of the Logansport, IN Rent-a-center! They went over and beyond - literally - to help me when I was needing fast, dependable service. I called to ask if they had a matching stove and refrigerator that they could deliver by 8am the next day. They not only delivered it, but the same day and the same man that helped me with paperwork also delivered both appliances! He was very kind and went out of his way to be sure I had what I needed fast. Thank you!!!!!

My wife owes $0 to rent a center. She went in there 9 months pregnant to get a couch and DIEGO called her a bad customer and refused to sell her the couch that she had placed on hold. A 9 month along pregnant woman who has been renting various items and paid them all off over the last 10 years and never been taken to court, and has paid high value items off early will take her bad customership somewhere else.

Everyone who works at this location are extremely rude. Their slogan is “worry free guaruntees” but nothing about them is worry less. If you don’t pay your bill within a 24 hour period they are calling you every day and they will show up at your door wanting money. All males work here, no females. They all seem extremely sexist.
