Very friendly and honest staff. This is my 2nd purchase and the team is great with communication and the prices are fair. Their delivery team is professional, kind, and they deliver on time so you aren’t waiting around wondering when they will arrive. I’ve been happy doing business with this company and will purchase again.
The guys were great even in 100 degree weather! They even took my old refrigerator away! Very polite. We topped them for doing a great job!

Great service. Had alot of questions and needed measurements due to certain sized rooms etc. They worked with us, to make sure we got what we not only needed but wanted as well!! The 2 gentleman that delivered the furniture was awesome too. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I’ve been a customer of American Rentals in Lebanon, Indiana for almost 10 years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely wants to help. Any time I’ve had a question or needed to adjust something or trade something out, they’ve been quick, professional, and understanding. Their service has always been reliable, and has consistently been top-notch. It’s rare these days to find a place that treats you like more than just a payment, but they do. I really appreciate the way they’ve taken care of me over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable rental company.
Sean and Sarah both did a great job helping me figure out the right product. I called ahead and asked about the merchandise. Sarah was able to give me a definitive answer. The process was quick, easy , and it is affordable. Im very pleased. The delivery guys Hayden and Will delivered a washer, dryer, a couch , and a recliner in the past 10 days and both deliveries were great. They were in time, professional, and very efficient. I will definitely be going here in the future. If you're a hardworking person who just wants something nice for a change, that is within reason on payments, i highly recommend American Rental in Lebanon Indiana.
