Worse place ever still waiting on a call to get my dryer back I paid off my set and before I did my dryer had a piece missing so they took it & gave me a loaner months went by I’m calling and no answer to why I never got my dryer back they finally tell me oh well we swapped it out you can keep the loaner I don’t want the loaner I want mine I’m still calling and no one ever calls you back this place is horrible until I get my dryer back I will tell everyone not to go here negative stars if I could do better

I’ve been through a couple different furniture places that do lease to own but they’ve all been rude and do not care if what you’re renting breaks down. I switched to Aaron’s and they’ve been so amazing. They’re understanding if you have a late payment and are always SO friendly. They’re eager to help with any issues and have truly been the best.

Horrible people to try and talk with they aren’t nice to customers at all I got recommended by someone else but in the Champaign IL area but the ones here really suck wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I have been a loyal customer for years and I plan to keep going there when I need to get furniture or appliances. It is great that we can get what we need just by renting to owe it. They are really great people and they treat you like you are important. They greet you right away and make sure that they look at you when you come into their store here in Lafayette, IN.. If they are busy, they let you know they will help you when they are finished with their other customer. Plus with this Covid 19 Virus going around, it is hard to really go into stores and shop. So it is nice that we are able to shop on line. I don't think that we are going to be going to any other rent to owe place unless Aaron's closes for good.

The account is in my husbands' name however we have received great deals with them. We have paid off a few contracts and we continue to add on new contracts. Aaron's has reported positive credit reporting with 2 of 3 agencies of each account closed. I have worked closely with Dustin & Jenny. I can't remember all their names, but all the Sales Associates & Delivery Men are fantastic!! They are well mannered & most helpful.
