Just came in to drop off an Amazon return but the staff was polite and very quick. The store is very clean and furniture looks good 👌.
I had a great experience overall. Communication was clear, expectations were well defined, and I felt supported throughout the process. The team was professional, responsive, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish.
The store manager is a complete and utter mess. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and I only called for a simple thing. They used a card I used as a one time payment and they keep charging that card (blocked due to fraud suspected by bank). When we called to get a copy of the authorization for recurring payments she started calling me racial slurs and cussing. The only thing they have is a One time form filled out and that card wasn’t to be saved. She saved it and keeps trying to charge. So I called corporate and her Discrtict Manager Stephanie assured me she will be handling it. I have proof of everything including recorded calls screen recorded payments and video recorded for the 1 TIME ONLY payment. We will be calling an attorney as well.
There was a young man and lady that helped. They were both phenomenal. They were both outgoing, friendly, and just nice. I even showed up right before closing. Seriously it was a great experience. Everywhere needs more employees like this. whoever closed the store 10-08-25 thank you for being cool people!
Where shall I start… I will first and foremost, start with the driving force of success and revenue that comes into this specific Location. From Danita and Mario, as leadership within this specific location, there is a lackluster approach with maintaining professionalism as it pertains to customer service. Superb customer service starts with leadership and I believe that this store manager has failed her team and this location. She often boast about the fact that she has been with this specific location for 25 years but in that time there should’ve been some sort of elevation from this branch to a higher level and it speaks volumes as to the reason why she’s still managing at store level with no substantial growth within this timeframe. As someone who once walked in her shoes, I’m going to give this piece of advice, put your customers and the value of them first. Customers do not want to bear the brunt of being treated and spoken to as if they are children, in addition to unnecessary argumentative behaviors because Danita the store manager and any other leadership lacks self-control. This location definitely needs retraining specifically as it pertains to the management overseeing this location, the focus should be appropriate customer service when handling the clientele of this company. Consumers work very hard for their resources to be able to entrust that they’re going to be treated and spoken to in a professional manner. It does not surprise me that this store sits at a 3.3 star rating when it has the potential to be so much greater. The level of ignorance that I’ve experienced and lack of professionalism from this specific store manager was for a lack of better words utterly disgusting, and I would hope that there will be some form of retraining so customers, such as myself do not experience this type of interaction ever again.
My experience thus far has been relatively good and although the rates are typically what's to expect when you're renting over purchasing anything, the customer service has been great. From the delivery team ensuring setup in my home was good to speaking with the Store Manager over payment issues and concerns. They have been professional every step of the way.
