I’ve been a customer since 1996 never had bad times in my life and always been loyal and honest with my customer service team in fact I’m a gold card holder and I’m still recognized today I do 90 day purchase for the best of interest. And to keep from falling apart for my excellent product and services

I made a review a while ago but they must have deleted it. Long story short, if you don’t like to be harassed then don’t rent from this place. A while ago I asked them can I have my payment pushed back because I didn’t get my check yet and we both agreed it was fine. They still continued to call and harass me even after I already told them when I was going to pay them. And then they showed up to my house unannounced being weird. That was the only time I needed a little time to make a payment. Other than that I did not have a history of not paying them so I don’t know why they was acting crazy like that.

They HARRASS you ALL DAY LONG. They give you messed up items. THEY GO TO THE BACK OF YOUR HOUSE YO SEE IF YOU ARE THERE. THEY TWIST YOUR DOOR KNOB TO SEE IF ITS UNLOCKED. (I sat there and watched them do it, and my kids seen it. I did not open the door) THEY LOOK IN YOUR WINDOWS. I BEG YALL DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. ZERO STARSSSSS

On 8/7/2021 between the time of 1130am and 1230pm I call this location to see if I can have my payment day pushed to 8/17/2021. While on the phone with this location I was told to hold on and the phone hung up. When I called back I believe the store manager answered and I asked her the can I get my payment pushed to 8/17/2021 and she told me that she was being nice and the answer is no. Its alot that happened in those phone conversation and I would like for it to get looked into.

Was validated for a laptop. They took my money then called to say Im not validated and they cant correct the error. The Julian hd the audacity to say to me "most people dont apply for a loan in their nickname. I told him I wanted a manager call that I never got. Was given the solution center where nobody answers. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! So unprofessional and unwilling to resolve simple issues.
