Incredible service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped our family of 12 with replacing a tire on a long road trip. It was late on a hot Friday afternoon and they were quick and helpful. Made a tough day much better.
I can't say enough good things about RNR Tire. We had a flat tire and started calling around to see who could help. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make the process as easy as possible. They got us scheduled first thing the next morning, offered to patch the tire at no charge, and when I mentioned our tire pressure sensors were showing the wrong tire as flat, they didn't hesitate to say they would fix those too, also at no charge. They estimated it would take about 30 minutes, and they honestly had us in and out in less than that. Everyone was kind, respectful, and kept us informed. What impressed me the most is that we had never been customers before. Even though they weren't the shop that installed our tires, they still took the time to help us without hesitation and treated us like valued customers from the moment we walked in. After a frustrating experience with the company we originally purchased our tires from, this level of customer service was incredibly refreshing. Thank you for going above and beyond. You've definitely earned our future business, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for honest, professional, and caring service.
Came down to Franklin for a cardiologist apt a little over 2 hours away from where we are from and when going through a detour due to construction something popped my tire. Had my van towed down to RnR tire & they showed me where I had my tire patched before and how the company who patched the last one didn’t patch it correctly, left the whole screw in the tire still and the patch coming all the way through to the outside. Also showed us the current slit from today. They had a tire that no one wanted (perfectly good tire) and said they would see if it’s fit. Thank goodness it did and they gave us the tire for free. Awesome guys, very helpful & straight forward & were nice enough to give us the tire. Quickly got us in and out and back on the road!! Would recommend this place to anyone!
We had a school bus full of kids when a tire went out on us. We limped our way to RNR desperate for help. They responded quickly and professionally, going above and beyond, to get us back on the road. Highly recommend!
