Customer reviews
Every time I have came in the staff has been great! I’ve mostly worked with Zarick! (If I misspelled my apologies) He is always great and makes sure to give the best experience! Thank you for exceptional service all the way around and being thorough every visit!
Appointment was made. They use AI and when I got there they didn't have the tires I was quoted. They gave me a different size tire that's supposed to be compatible and more expensive. So far so good and my Jeep drives so much better. Jeremy was great at getting everything going. So glad a payment option is out there for tires. Mine were bald and dangerous but didn't have the money to outright get a set
These folks are the best around! Always have the lowest prices and the best service in Columbus. I would highly recommend them for all of your tire and service work! They always greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in the store. I met the owner on my last visit and even though they were fully booked, he still found time to switch a tire for me. And best of all, it didn't take them nearly as long as predicted. So I had little to no wait. I can't say enough good about this place! Why shop anywhere else other than RnR? It doesn't get better than this!!!
These employees have treated me with nothing but perfect. I love coming here and getting any service because at the end of the day I end with a smile and I get treated with nothing but respect. I can’t call out an employee for their service because at the end of day from bottom to the top they always do a perfect job and I always walk out with happiness. Thank you for your commitment to the community and thank you for being a great wheel and tire shop to go to.
Bought 35 x 15.50 x 24s tt1 tis tires and they were able to mount them right up and provided good customer service! Given my truck is far from perfect, they did a great job with the alignment and were even able to accommodate some of my aftermarket parts. Thank you Zerek and the rest of you hard working guys for a good experience!
