I absolutely love the guys at our frankfort store, Jeff and Courtney always make sure that our needs are met as a customer and that we leave satisfied and happy. I wouldn't choose anyone except rent a center because of there unbeatable prices and their excellent costumer service.

Jeff was incredibly helpful in the process of choosing the right appliances for us & making calls to ensure we could have the ones we wanted. Such a kind guy, I honestly can't give him enough praise. Thanks Jeff!!!

Originally I was going to go with Aaron's they completely screwed up my order so I checked out the app for Rent-A-Center and someone contacted me immediately and helped me place my order they made it easy I was having trouble online placing the order myself they placed the order over the phone with me and I had no problems whatsoever everything that I had looked out online that I wanted to order they took care of and I'm very excited to get my new furniture and I'm very very pleased with Rent-A-Center this place was originally located in Lebanon unfortunately it left and then Aaron's came to town but I've always had excellent service with Rent-A-Center and a very happy to be back with Rent-A-Center and I just want to thank the person I think his name is David who helped me and I will recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone who's looking for furniture thank you again

Ordered a bedroom set, washer and dryer, and a fridge. They said they ordered it, and it wasn’t delivered to them the day they said it would be there. Tried to call multiple times, and they kept saying they didn’t know where anything was. One of the times I was left on hold, and they never even came back to the phone. Never heard from them again. Still to this day have no idea what happened but I gave up. No idea if they even ordered my stuff, or they just lied about it. I’m not sure how this place gets away with doing this. Will never go here again. Do not recommend this place at ALL!

Worst team dynamic ever! Worker named Tylor is so rude to his co-workers and the whole experience would've been better if he wasn't even in the store. Will never rent from them they have roach traps everywhere! They suck at greeting customers and are just unpleasant in general. I'm so sorry for the good employees, jeff and Marcus.... Those two are amazing workers but the other two are rude and unpleasant to have to deal with
