Very helpful and kind. I had a great experience on the phone with a couple of the guys. Can't wait to get my new furniture that doesn't incude the rug 😉😅

I like how there supposed to come pick up their shit but when their guys get here they call and make sure you let them in not only that they broke the mount on my wall. Then the next day I get a letter they’re taking me to court. I highly recommend never going into this one ever again. I rented from one in Indianapolis. It took them a while to come get their stuff but they never took me to court. Kind of funny just shows you this one isn’t making the money and they want you to pay for the total price for the merchandise after they get it back. They’re out of their mind. I guess I’ll see them in court. They’re the ones who’s gonna be looking like a clown not getting no money because I don’t own the merchandise they got it back.

I had looked at multiple other furniture stores shopping for a couch and found one I liked but wanted to check other places before purchasing. My son and I ended up finding a couch we liked so much better at Aaron's but was way more expensive and I couldn't afford it. The employee offered to match the price from another store if I wanted to buy the better couch from them today and I agreed. We got a better couch for the same price as the one we didn't like as much at the other store. I would definitely recommend going there over any other furniture store in Columbus.

So I see now it's Aaron's positions to resale as much as possible to as many people as possible and lie to their consumers a call into the BBB is in order for sure. Because what I was told back then was definitely not what was said now! Just another way to cheat a customer during covid

They are all great there they could have been mean like so many but after my accident, which wasn't my fault left me with broken legs ,ribs, and neck at one point I almost lost my leg. They helped work the payment so in the end I owned it I praise God for this company and pray daily that God blesses them again thanks
