Whitney if that’s her name should be fired! I have never received a response back from the store manager or corporate office. You people are the rudest bunch I wish I never purchased a computer. Never had to deal with you because I just paid online. Decided to get something else and you did me very dirty. Unacceptable. Almost all these reviews are employees and their friends and family. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I couldn't have had a better customer service anywhere else! These guys are amazing! As long as you work with them, they will work with you. Adam is who I mainly would talk to and get stuff from. He always had a smile on his face and made sure if something didn't work for me. He'd make sure to find a solution and make it work for both parties involved. Top Tier customer service! Real Bro! Thank you guys for being Awesome!

I went against my better judgment and got a laptop from Aaron’s. The guy who helped me was very professional, as were the guys who delivered the laptop. However, the laptop is used, and it’s very noticeable when using it. When it was delivered, I asked about the box, and they told me it came like that—just the laptop and charger. The front of the laptop was dirty with smudges, there was writing on the back, it lags, and the keys stick when typing. Renting from a place like this is expensive, so to me, that is unacceptable. Heck, I can barely write this review without the keys sticking. Definitely not happy about the condition of what I thought was a new laptop.
