Whitney if that’s her name should be fired! I have never received a response back from the store manager or corporate office. You people are the rudest bunch I wish I never purchased a computer. Never had to deal with you because I just paid online. Decided to get something else and you did me very dirty. Unacceptable. Almost all these reviews are employees and their friends and family. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!
I couldn't have had a better customer service anywhere else! These guys are amazing! As long as you work with them, they will work with you. Adam is who I mainly would talk to and get stuff from. He always had a smile on his face and made sure if something didn't work for me. He'd make sure to find a solution and make it work for both parties involved. Top Tier customer service! Real Bro! I went against my better judgment and got a laptop from Aaron’s. The guy who helped me was very professional, as were the guys who delivered the laptop. However, the laptop is used, and it’s very noticeable when using it. When it was delivered, I asked about the box, and they told me it came like that—just the laptop and charger. The front of the laptop was dirty with smudges, there was writing on the back, it lags, and the keys stick when typing. Renting from a place like this is expensive, so to me, that is unacceptable. Heck, I can barely write this review without the keys sticking. Definitely not happy about the condition of what I thought was a new laptop.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my wife have a couch with this company. It recently had a seam that ripped open and the chase lounge had a board that came loose and put a staple through the bottom of the cushion and made a small rip in it (didn’t notice till the day that they were supposed to come get the couch for repairs). So I went to the local store and showed them photos of the seam and they said it would all get taken care of on 8/5/24 people would come get it and repair it same day or bring us out a new one but said we would not be without a couch overnight. Today 8/5/24 was supposed to be the day. Well at around noon the guys show up (smelled like the two guys have been smoking weed) took pictures of the damage (I showed the people in store photos of the seam in store) and left. They told us we would get a call in 5-10 minutes to let us know if they will replace it or repair it. We got the call about 20 minutes later and they said they could repair it. Cool sounds good! Except they can’t even give us a day or time that they will be out (to our house) to repair it. Continuing to use a couch that is this damaged is just going to keep damaging it. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just give us a loaner or replace it. Since this couch is on sale all over the website. We haven’t missed a single payment. This is ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I am going to be contacting headquarters on this.
