We absolutely love the manager in Litchfield. (Our last visit was mid-last year I believe, so hopefully he's still there!) He took such good care of me when it came to a clearance PC I wanted, and we also bought a washer, dryer, and fridge from him. We will probably be back now that it's tax season to pick up something new. :)

I pay extra $ for what I was told was payment protection, I was told that was for when I was laid off or sick. My husband gets laid off for two weeks in December... I called and explained that to the manager and they basically told me the extra program I pay for every single week doesn't actually have a use in this situation and when asked why I pay the extra amount they couldn't actually explain what the payment is for then. The only reason I agreed to pay the extra amount was for that reason. They've gotten $3 a week from me for over a year for no reason at all. Plus I get a million calls if my payment isn't in before 3pm. I don't get off to cash my check until after 4:30. You'd think they'd be worried about the people not making any payments at all and not me paying day of in the evening when I get home from work. 🙄

Very understanding people. Just had surcomestanes out of my control. Never had problems before. Just wish there was a way I could of redeemed my situation. They are a great way to get what you need when you need it. Just wish they could keep employees. No problem with the way they handle things and their clients.
