The entire staff were absolutely first class. From my first contact, Jacob, the on duty mgr and the two young men who made the timely delivery. A very good experience indeed.

I’m a new customer who did my process on line & followed up by Matt Norris. So far I have no complaints. Delivery & set up was smooth, delivery guys were very nice. Off to do laundry

This store is amazeing when i say they go above and beyound they do i wpuld like to give a huge Thank you to NATE the sore manager he is amazing very helpful and always there to make sure everything gose smooth he even double checks after your delviery to make sure it went smoothly and everything is working out the team at this store are lile meeting new forever friends it was a great experience and a thank you to mr matt as well highly reccomend this location its worth the drive.

ive been with this company for years. Gotten alot from them through the years .i always say im not getting anything else but here iam again getting something .i like it cause they are on top of things when something happens they take care of it fast The store is always nice .The people in it is clear on things even if I forget they bring it back to my remembrance . They are good guys cant do wrong by going to them. I know this is a past comment but I'm adding this im still with these guys some have left and some new has come as for as my older comment it's still the same feels like family. iv been with 1 person that's been there since we started going there since the 80 s Matt Thank you for always being there helping us especially when id get lost with things of not understanding at times you always got me nack.on track God BLESS YOU.Now for all the new guys that I've met They are good guys too haved helped us and listened to us with whatever our need was Keep up the good work thank you for your respect and always there when need you GOD BLESS YOU ALL .

Justin and his teammate from Jerseyville Il were AWESOME today, they brought my couch and love seat in and they were very peraonable, respectful and friendly. I have been a client of Justin's for 9 years now and he's always been very respectful and trustworthy and I'll continue to purchase items from this store as long as Justin works for them. MY GRADE FOR THEM IS AN A++++
