They are full of it just get your stuff off line it's time for them to go out of business period they lie and you always pay 3 time's as much it's not worth it smh

My husband or I will not ever come back to them for anything. Bought our TV thru them everything was fine. Tried to get a new washer, dryer and fridge and due to us having our old addresses on our license they wouldn't sell to us as the address he given for the loan didnt match our license as we just got our house a week ago and tried to say my husband didn't have everything reserved prior to us coming up when they told him to pick up Friday at 10am to finish papers and to pick up items. They won't even remove him from the mailing list as they proceeded to laugh at my husband over the phone when asked. Very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN. THEY LOST A GOOD SALE AND CUSTOMERS.

Bought a fridge, payment was not even late, they came BANGING on my door like police. Were very intimidating saying they were coming for a late payment, it wasn’t even a DAY past due… After this fridge is fully paid off, will not be shopping here again!

I was just in your store looking at a new TV. Your associate Micah was attempting to help me but they were very distracted. Keep looking at their phone texting on it. Not answering my questions. Micah was very self absorbed and didn’t seem to care about my purchasing needs at all. I was really hoping to get a TV today but guess I’ll be shopping at rent to own. I hope management see this and helps coach this struggling employee.

Called today to possibly purchase a washer/dryer through them. The man I spoke with was not pleasant at all. I wanted a set that was 100$ a month but i was approved for 80$ a month. I said I would pay the difference for the entire duration of the loan which would have been 480$ today. He said he couldn't do that. I find it hilarious that they cant take money for something I want but will take way less money for something I dont want. I went to rent a center and got the exact same set i wanted without the run around and with exceptional customer service.
