Recently purchased a recliner that was preowned, we requested the recliner be cleaned thoroughly before it being delivered, we were reassured it would be. After it was delivered and I was sitting in the chair I found n artificial finger nail inside of the chair.
I would not recommend this place at all. Manager Corey was hugely disrespectful and pushing things that I did not want nor was I interested in then became upset after I made the comment that I told him several times that this was my money and I was not interested in purchasing a certain product and he then hung up on me and refused to give me his supervisors information and/or pass the message along.

Everything was handled quite well. I was very pleased with my service. I love the t.v.
When I called them they told me to come when since they already had all my information. Then I got what I needed and they delivered it in less than 16 hours later

So i wouldnt go to this one at all. We picked out furniture. The wrong price was on the furntiture and the manager didnt apologize or nothing. We said whatever thats fine. We made an agreement to pay the monthly fee woth no problem. We paid the first out the door price and was told we needed a card on file for autopay which i said thats fine my card is at home. They had no problems. When i got home they called and asked if we wanted to put the card on file and i said we are going to pay it off when its delivered and once again they said thats fine. Then delivery day. Nope cant have furntiture until card is on file or paid off. But thats not what we were told. The manager there is rude and very disrepectful. I will never go there to get anything again. Couldnt been nicer about the situation but he chose to hang up on me multiple times just because he doesnt communicate with his other managers. Some ppl thing they are above others just because of their position.
