I would recommend Rent One but the manager, Dave is unpredictable and unprofessional! They overcharge for fee everyday. It’s ridiculous they will lose customers eventually.

My experience with this business was horrible. When I returned the items, Dave (the manager) was extremely rude and accused me of lying about the damages. Their fee structure makes no sense. there’s a charge for every single day, which is unreasonable. Rent-A-Center is far more affordable and professional in comparison.

Dave and his team, Jake and Frank, were great! We came in and told Dave what we wanted and he gave us tons of options and explained everything. We had a previous bad experience somewhere else with them not even willing to try and move the item in, but when Jake and Frank got here they looked and immediately got to work! They also made sure to explain everything to us, show us how it works and made sure we were happy before they left. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice and everything about this process was quick and pleasant. They definitely have our business.
