The staff are nothing but rockstars. They are fast courteous and above all they will bend over backwards to help their customers. All in all they have an amazing team. Danville illinois branch is #1

Jacob was SUPER helpful, kind, and very respectful. His customer service skills are top notch. He helped us find the perfect washer and dryer set that meets our needs without pressuring us to look at other items that don't meet our needs. Payments are more than reasonable and we were able to put down a decent downpayment. The staff were witty and had great sense of humors. They made our experience great! The process was fast and easy and it was nice to sit on the couches as we waited. We will definitely be going back with future needs when applicable. Thanks again! Update: Our washer was delivered with a pretty big dent on the top and behind the knob, but the manager was quick to fix the issue and they delivered a new one with no damages. I'm still impressed. 😁
