Was at your store at 630 pm monday the 29th and you were closed and no answer on the phone

Called and told them I want to relinquish my item and the guy Micheal told me they won't come to where I'm living to get the bed and keep hounding me.

Does not matter if you make your payments on time, or how many payments you give them, they still visit your home regardless and love to charge a $10 home visit fee after.

My five stars go directly to Dan. He is so polite and extremely patient. I have had couple of problems with some miscommunication. Dan and I have spoke about 3 times, 2 of the 3 I was pretty irritated. He handled my problem very professionally and helped get things to where now we will have our TV paid off in a couple of months. At one point I was ready to send it back. I suggest you give Dan a raise! he is exceptional at customer service. Dan is the man!! 😁

I made an account just to write this. That's how bad it was. The guy I spoke to on the phone had an extreme attitude. I was suppose to have the couch I signed a contract about today 10/12/18 I called 3 times today about when will it be here, I had a lot of things to do since it is moving day for me. Everybody was very nice and said they don't know far down the list I am. They did CONFIRM it was scheduled today though. I called at 7:00PM. The guy I talked to stated that it was not set to be delivered until tomorrow. I work 12 hour days with no days off. I needed that couch today. He stated that, that was my own problem and I should be more clear. He was extreme rude. I called corporate and they were very nice and fast to type up a email to the regional manager and am hoping he does contact me back. I really wanted/needed that couch. That's all I had to sleep on tonight because I was reassured it was coming today.
