The store is nice and the employees are professional and always willing to help. When I feel behind in my account several times they were willing to work with me to see what they could do

Never rent from these people I paid off my laptop that they still have for almost 2 years Dwayne is a moron he messed up people accounts and I know them a holes damaged my vehicle because there petty I’m definitely looking for a lawyer and I will sue these a holes word of advice Aaron’s is better get stuff from them!! And I tried the complaint number more then once they don’t respond back they never do I can’t stand that place I will never rent from rent a center again!!!! They want money but they won’t give me my money back for a laptop that I paid off or at least use what I paid on that to what I owe for other stuff they don’t care about there customers and I will post about them

The staff there are good. Charmaine made sure I got the furniture I asked for and Shay made sure i got the dryer i needed. The young men that work there are.always respectful as well. They are a good team.
