My fridge went out went to rent a center first but they acted like they didn't want to help me. So went to Aaron's. I meet Jarod and he was on it had a fridge the next day thank you Jarod and Aaron's.

I was charged twice on my card on yesterday 11.01.2022, I've tried to reach them at 8 am but found out they open at 10 am. I'm gonna call back to get my refund and I'll let you guys know what happened but so far everything has been great I've been dealing with this company for years, never a problem til now but I will let you know what happens

BEWARE, me and my wife came into this location and paid for two items and signed for them almost a week prior to delivery to only be told that we can’t have the the items we paid for on the delivery day and in the middle of the delivery time. Inconveniencing my work schedule, family functions and more. KAREN was also was very rude and unprofessional before she hung up the phone in me and my wife’s face for simply inquiring about our money and our items we paid for. Still have yet to get my money or merchandise. There is more just don’t have time to write a full 83 page book about how bad our experience was..

This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star , there customer service is horrible , they tried saying they delivered my product after I waited all day, an It took till the next next week for them todo anything there assistant manger is terrible he was rude everytime I got on the phone with. OVERRAL DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! its pretty bad I had to call cooperate to get anything done.
