When I went into the store, Kevin was right there very enthusiastic knew his products well and doing what he can to clean up that store by the looks of everything. Someone with that much enthusiasm this company has found a great employee!

A women (Name starts with an R, if you know you know) in there is terrible in office but the delivery guys are amazing. Professional, kind and get the job done.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER BEING AT RISK! Back in December someone tried placing an order under my SS# but with their name. Somehow RAC let the order go through but said they “fixed it” on their end. Fast forward to August 2025 & I get a call from an attorney’s office saying I’m being sued for past due RAC acct. This other person’s order is under their address but with my name. This attorney was able to tell me my full SS# but I never ordered a speaker & washer/dryer. The 1-800 number told me I’d get a call from a district manager in 2 business days. I called back today & was told the ticket was closed because the DM couldn’t reach me. They NEVER called & I gave them my current number. Someone in that store made a mistake when this other customer made a purchase & somehow my SS# is attached to it. Nobody even knows the name of the customer who placed this order but they have the address. Where is the original order the customer signed so they can go after that person instead of me?? I really need a district manager to reach out.

I've always purchased merchandise from RAC as long as I can remember, i even bought furniture flat out while I was in the state of washington, so I went to Rent A Center to rent furniture and dressers and when they got to my apartment, they said the couch was too big too long too white to come up my right stairwell. They did not try. It was not wrapped up. It was just bear, and when I went to get my money back. He said they don't rap furniture. You have to specifically ask for them to wrap furniture, which I think is dumb. Because if I'm renting furniture from you, I don't want you bringing it outside without it being racked up. It's a lot of germs and bacteria going around in the world. They were vague. Not caring disconcerned, and flat out non caring. I will never, ever rent from them ever again. And I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service.
