Rent-A-Center

Im not sure who I spoke with but I had called up there to see if they sold laptops or computers and the young man said they did. Then he asked me if i knew someone by the name of Steven and i said yes, thats my father’s name. Then he proceeds to say he stole from them. Without even seeing me or my father. I think it’s very disrespectful to accuse someone of doing that without knowing it was even them. Definitely will never be going here to rent anything.

They are so unprofessional. They kept giving us the run around on delivery. Told us we couldn’t leave with the product and how it needs to be delivered. Which was fine. The manager couldn’t tell us which day they could deliver it. All he knows was it will be either Saturday or Monday. Which it was fine. The problem is they sent a message saying Saturday. Cleared the day just for the manger to say it was a mistake and how they would come Monday. Now they don’t know when. And while there the manager couldn’t really give us a clear understanding of the credit check. So all in all we got the run around. And when we called to see if we can get a refund cause the manger of full of I don’t knows he didn’t care and still decided to be unprofessional. Like why do we have to keep calling to see when they are going to deliver? Or they tell us they have to wait until the manager comes back. And when he does he says he’s wrapping it up to be delivered. And it’s not. Like why do I have to keep calling to see when we get the product? But don’t have no problem taking our money. The manger just didn’t care whatsoever. Had a hard time explaining anything. And saying they have a problem with confirmation. Like what’s the confirmation? We did everything they asked of. Took our money so it get delivered. Just to tell us days later there’s no confirmation. Of it being paid for. But if it wasn’t paid for they wouldn’t offer a refund. When we went to go get a refund, there was a crew of employees sitting there talking about customers. So I guess we see where the time is going. I would not recommend rent a center to anyone. At least not this location

Devin was very nice and helped me quickly after contacting me. This is my second time going through this location, and third time total using this company. I appreciate the prompt reliable service that Rent-A-Center provides, especially this store. Thanks again, Devin!

They were great when we 1st started renting. Had an issue come up and ask to pay a week late. They became totally rude told us they see what kind of customer we'll be because I need to make this 1 payment late. They don't work with ppl even if u make payments early or on time. Pretty shady company even the manager is really rude to. Aaron it is never had issue with Aaron's. Least they're. Willing to keep their customers happy.

That store knows how to take care of its customers. I just happened to read through some of these reviews and I cannot believe people would stoop so low as to make up negativity. I have been dealing with this store for YEARS and have never been disappointed. I have missed a payment and I got the phone calls that were due to me for not holding up my end of the bargain. These people really take their job seriously and I can tell. Kate is friendly but she also knows when she has to get serious with someone. That makes her a darn good GM if you ask me. I would never do business anywhere else.
