So I had to delete my last review in order to post this new review. After much consideration we decided to go back to Aaron's for some living room furniture. We went on President's Day and all I can say is that was the best decision Hands Down. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Jessica and she was with us every step of the way in choosing what furniture we were going to bring into our home... After sitting on a few couches and going back and forth we decided on an amazing and I mean amazing Couch and Lovseat combo that was to die for... Jessica and Amanda helped finalize the deal with their awesome customer service and a level of professionalism that can only be described as Above and Beyond. Jessica made sure that my delivery was set for the next day. And after signing all the agreements going over all the paperwork we left with an extremely huge smile on our faces. The delivery was absolutely on time and the team that delivered our furniture were worthy of five stars. They showed a level of expertise by making sure that our furniture was delivered and handled with extreme care and that it was placed exactly where we asked them to place it. My last review really spoke highly of this Aarons in Idaho Falls... But this experience proved that Aaron's can completely raise the bar and set the standard for other rental companies to follow. So because of the overall experience and how satisfied we are with the beautiful furniture... I'm giving another five star review wish I could rate higher 😎
