Do not deal with Sofia at the overland location. Worst customer service EVER!!!! Messed up my whole account, then proceeded to blow up my husband’s phone for two weeks requesting payment. ( we were waiting for a refund from them because she over charged me then to cover her mistake tried to refund it after I told them it was fine to just leave it as a month payment). What a total mess.

I have been a repeat customer for years! Always a great experience! This time Ben had great customer service and got me into a set that is great. Josh and Charlie delivered the couches and were amazing! They had their work cut out for them getting the couch in but made it happen! Not one time did they give up, they wanted to make sure I got what I ordered. Having an older house and dumb door setups they found a way to make it happen. I really appreciate their hard work and tenacity to get the job done!
