I will never use this place again, they are rude, they will tell you one thing one week and then the next week have someone else call and ask why you didnt make a payment. They dont have it together, they have been thru so many managers. When you talk to them you dont know if they are gonna be nice or rude. Now that we have our stuff almost paid off, they ended up telling us that we have to have your payment on autopay bc they'll do anything to make you lose your stuff so they can resale it to make more money off of it. I will never use this place again once my stuff is paid off.

My experience with Rent-A-Center was excellent they came out and gave me a new washer and dryer in the installation was fast easy very satisfied give them five stars especially the staff in winder Georgia thank you.

We leased a PlayStation VR headset, and once it had been paid off for a few weeks they contacted us demanding $350 or the item returned. We said we'd just bring it back on Friday (they called on Monday) because that's literal robbery. Three days later police showed up at our door. THEY FILED A POLICE REPORT AGAINST US?!?! Didn't even give us a week, didn't even let us bring it when we said we would, just straight to calling the cops??? Not only that, but the police report stated that we owed $750, which is more than the original lease agreement even was, and more than 3x the retail value of the item. So not only are they stealing the item we paid for and own, but you're lying to the freaking police about it??? Before that call on Monday, we hadn't received any calls, texts, emails, or letters, and our online account showed no balance due. This is insane, and I hope this place gets shut down. Do NOT lease from here, you will be scammed and have police sent after you!

They brought out a couch and love seat after two days I decided I didnt want it. They were so kind and patient with me. I now have a couch & love seat that I love. The delivery guys were especially kind having to unload and re load then setting my new furniture up. They were great!

We called on January 2nd to lease a washer. We were told by the delivery driver that he would deliver it today and he said he would call me back to schedule the delivery. We didn’t hear anything back from him so we called back and after being put on hold for nearly 10 minutes and the employee kept saying “I’m busy” she said she would call me back in five minutes. An HOUR later we called back a THIRD time just to be told it would be next week before our washer would be delivered. Why didn’t anyone tell his that the first or second time we called instead of complaining about being busy. She didn’t say we’re busy she kept complaining about her being busy. I canceled my order because of how UNPROFESSIONAL they were.
