Walked in the store wasn’t greeted at all walked around for about five minutes the a lady asked did I need some help I explained to her what I wanted and I wanted to pay cash an older white guy off top said it got to be cash so I proceeded to check out and she was like it gotta be cash I didn’t understand why my Navy federal credit card wasn’t good enough to process my payment I felt like it was racial discrimination I shouldn’t be stereotyped in a store

i had money taken out of my account for 2 items and they were both picked up even without owing anything on them. i even called to verify wether they had to be picked up or not and i was still told yes. DO BETTER!

They get a one for me and I will tell you why I will never lease anything else from this particular store. They’ve been harassing me calling my phone, and coming out to my house unannounced and my account was current had to reach out to a regional manager just to get my account resolved. They have bad management, and bad customer service never again will just buy what ever product I need up front with cash cause this was a horrific experience. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND!

Do not use this store! I bought a refrigerator paid it off may 9, 2024. It tore up 6 days later they told me they could fix it under the 30 day warranty. They called me July 1st. To tell me that the refrigerator is unrepairable and asked me if I wanted to scrap it and I could buy another one! I paid $3000 for a refrigerator that didn’t even last 2 years! They should either fix mine or give me another one but they won’t! So do not go here and waste your money!

Normally I have the best experience with wonderful staff Amy is awesome Today was not the case. The store manager took customers before me and told me to come back in an hour. She argued with me about a store credit in front of other people. He wouldn’t come out of the office to help me and I was going to pay cash for some items. The store manager was very rude to me and his staff.
