If you want the run around and never receive your item shop here!!! If you’re a content creator. DONT SHOP HERE. They are biased against how much you make. Brandon specifically. They don’t call you back. But they blow your phone up to apply once you’ve made an account with them. They move slow as a snail to only get 3 sales out of the year. Don’t even waste your time lol. Literally just go to AARONS. I was approved and got my TV! Smooth process as well. Items are also cheaper there!

These are the two items I have been trying to rent for the last month from having a procedure done and I needed a new bed and a recliner and I was hoping to get it before my procedure next week but since you all are closed on Sunday no one calls me back during the weekday I've started looking around at other rental centers to see who can help me get it get what I need but someone called me back today but it was only via text she didn't really have the information she said she would put in for a call for someone to stop cop to call me tomorrow it's just incompetent p eople not really caring about completing your orders in my opinion

It's been fine up until this last payment I was late on because I had to wait on a new bank card. I was harassed for days and even had someone pop up to my house. Very unprofessional over 74 bucks! Especially when I've never missed a payment.

The process was smooth but when I received my items, I noticed I had a bed port form I didn’t agree on. Which ended up being a whole lot more than I agreed on. I want them to come pick up everything! Highly disappointed
Britney that works there has a terrible attitude. She has no idea what she's doing and when she doesn't know how to answer something or do her job correctly she just goes and hides in the back and leaves you sitting there. They won't give you a delivery time, they just say between 10 and 5 so you have to sit at home all day. We took off work today it's 330. There has been no contact at all. They took my money but they haven't called so I had to call them. They said they called and left a voicemail that was a lie.I've had my phone on me all day. No calls and guess what? I took a day off work and I have no delivery for the product I paid for. Let's see if they even come today. They can't even dial a number correctly so I doubt it.
