I never leave bad reviews but my experience with this business is going to be the exception. Very misleading company!! I paid online via a promotion, signed all documents and set up auto-pay. Then when I arrived to pickup the laptop I was told to pay a month of payments in advance OUTSIDE OF THE CONTRACT THAT WAS SIGNED. How this is even legal is beyond me. I hate that these people even have my payment information now. I highly recommend going to Aaron's if you're looking for leasing options on electronics. I also reported them as scam/fraud to the BBB and urge anyone who experienced a similar circumstance to do the same. Don't even bother calling the number they auto-reply to the reviews with. They'll just hang up on you or brush you off.
New management at this location love this place and the staff is amazing they took great care of me and my family I really recommend this location 👍🏽 Greats deals and beautiful merchandise
We weary when doing the 1 cent down for a new agreement. Set everything up and then got a message saying we needed to pay an extra over $100. VERY MISLEADING!!!!
I went to this location in reference to the electric bike 🏍. Turned out they had several ones to pick from. The sales person and the store manager did let me take it outside to see how it rides. I was shocked 😲 not only by the price but the way I actually enjoyed trying them out. I picked them one that has the bigger tires on it. Like you can take it on the beach ⛱️ and just have fun. You would really enjoy going here and possibly seeing various other items they carry. From bedrooms to living room sets. Almost anything you will need for your home. You will see 👀
I recently purchased a new living room sectional from Rent-A-Center, & I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Ashley was incredibly patient & understanding during the pre-approval & application process. This is hands down the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I tried to order my sectional online and the website kept freezing so I called the store. I was walked through placing my order..was assured that my item would arrive on a certain date as this was the ONLY reason I made the purchase. Heard nothing from them and had to call the day before the set delivery date and then informed that the piece was damaged and they ordered a new part. Nobody even thought to call me and let me know. When I pushed for why I wasn't called the manager told me technically it is a special order and they have up to 6 weeks to deliver. Are you kidding?! A simple phone call is all that was needed. THEN when they finally put me on the delivery schedule they tell me between 11-5:00pm...I called the store at 4:00 because I still hadn't heard anything and was told I will check with the driver and call you back. I let them know that I had to leave at 6:00pm and they assured me it would be soon....an hour goes by and no phone call. I call AGAIN and I am told that they won't be here until 5:45pm now! HORRIBLE customer service!!!
