This is going it be my last time dealing with this company ! They call you 8 in the morning when they don’t open until 10 ! They will blow up your phone until you answer ! This place is so unprofessional, I pays them every month and they trip about you being a day late ! Somebody need to do something about that this is bad business

It would have been nice to be greeted when entering a place of business that was not busy at all. In fact, I walked the entire store, be it small or not. I realized shortly after that someone was in the office, not a care in the world for your customers though. It would have been nice to inquire and possibly make a purchase today. Contact me so we can turn the trajectory around. Reviews and word of mouth speaks volumes.

I pay over 400.00 a month the General Manager Verna and staff have the worst custoMer service I have ever encountered. If I could leave a 0 star I would.. If you late for one payment one day they harass and call you every single day. My dryer just stops working one day and I call and tell them and they schedule a delivery it’s been 3 weeks still no dryer. and they don’t care the worst place on earth I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE.

These people came to my home after 7:30pm for the Manager of the Pooler location to talk to me on the phone to try to get a payment. How unprofessional of them!! I spoke with a representative earlier in the week to let them know I was going to make a payment today. I didn't avoid communicating with them. I slammed my door in his face and told him to leave. I am 80% done paying off my purchase per the online payment center. They acted as if I stole the merchandise. I am only 10 days past due not 10 weeks or 10 months past due! I don't recommend doing business with people that harrass their customers. I will NEVER buy anything from them again!! Side note I was making the payment as they representative came up to my door. They should've at least waited until tomorrow to see if I wasn't going to make the payment.

I never really do these reviews however I had an amazing time at Aaron’s in Pooler, GA The general Manager, i want To say her name was Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Not only was she sweet but she was so helpful! I could Tell she had a passion for what she does. I will Be referring multiple people thanks to her and the service she provided!
