Ill just leave this here. If this math makes sense to you, then this is the place for you! I even included a picture of the next model up in size and it's still extremely lower than what they are claiming is retail for the one they have. Reply: so if they can't afford it .... your policy to help is to lock them in a 2yr high interest rate that has them paying for the mower twice! Yeah real savior,real transparent!

Save your money and STAY AWAY Especially the Manager she always say she understands and have a solution over the phone to mom but my Mom has been going through it for months with these people, but my momma got me so i am coming LEGALLY for this company Abusing an elderly like this and taking advantage and forcing her to keep a mattress that is YOUR duty to fix and correct.

This place is horrible they have given my mom(TP) the run around about a mattress for over 4 months, they refuse to swap it or pick it up, they forced a deferment when it was never asked for instead of picking up the merchandise, or repairing it. Which in GA THEY ARE IN BREACH OF THEIR CONTRACT it fall under unfair or deceptive acts under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-390). Which we are in process of filing a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, do yourself a favor DO NOT RENT OR LEASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY , corporate doesn’t call back, the GM AND REGIONAL MANAGER DOES NOTHING BUT LIE, they get on here comment act so concerned but never follow through. It’s a shame to take advantage of an elderly lady, which also is considering Ga ELDERLY ABUSE see yall soon In court AARONS since yall can’t seem to call or do anything as you should but quick to want your money

My experience with Aaron’s has been extremely disappointing. The employee named Louis (or Luis) is consistently rude, loud, and unprofessional. Any time I ask for a manager, he becomes disrespectful, places me on long hold times, and never actually resolves anything. I was also given the regional manager Mike’s number and told to reach out if issues continued. I have contacted him twice with no response. That alone says a lot about the leadership here. If you expect professionalism and respect as a customer, I would not recommend this location at all.
