Most absolutely rudest nastiest attitudes around newnan !!!!!!! Dont recommend to anyone ! You want great customer service , a company who cares about their customers and actually do their jobs then you have come to the wrong place!!!!!! I have used furniture that I purchased lol ya you heard that right used furniture as they completely lied and said it come with a new dresser and that they would provide all the correct bolts and pieces for the bed !!!!! Do you think they ???? Of course not !!!! They came out.It took them three days to come out multiple different times they changed on us after waiting at home for 3 days on them , losing three days worth of work, was excuse after excuse after excuse !!!! They finally arrived 3 days later and they arrived at 10 pm lol yep you seen that right!!!! Took them over two hours to get the bed up then after they assembled the bed, they left for us to notice the next day. None of the bolts were even correct for the bed. They were all sticking out gouged my leg open, which I have a scar on my leg that I can show you a picture of where it sliced my leg open by walking by called them for months to get them to come back out and fixed it never got them to fix it, then they said if I wanted to come get bolts I could, and I did, and of course, were those the right bolts nope called them back and I said that I needed to come get the bolts , which is not how that worked!!! We took the better part as we were moving it to another room.And do you think that bed was able to be put back together?No , because it was completely broke , bolt smashed through the side of the wood ( not 1 side but all sides ). to where the bed will not and cannot be put back together that i'm still paying on!!! So the bed completely fell apart!!!!!!!! Oh the dresser let's talk about that ! Half of the handles were broke , took us months to get their original handles , and bolts never did get the original bolts and parts of the wood were damaged ( when they agreed to replace the dresser or i would have never bought it just like the TV it come with crayon of some sorts ( wouldn't come off was scratched in the plastic of the screen ) and 3 spots where the TV was broken and it wasn't like that when I paid my down payments or never would have signed a contract with these scammers ( paying over grand for this crap have paid every payment to this date which has been over a year !!!! Was told they would get the crayon off before bringing it ! Mind you , I am extremely sick and I am always in snd out the hospital and just had a payment due!!!! My husband answered the phone.Let them know that.I just got out of the hospital and gave them a date.My payment would be made as I pay all my payments.Obviously for me to still have it over a year later.And do you think that they made the proper notes in the system Of course , they didn't , as they never do their job there!!!! So they just keep calling and keep calling And keep calling which is harassment!!!! Especially if you've already done your job and told them you'd have your payment on which date as you always do !!!! No , they like to call over and over and over again as I said and harass you like , i've got ten thousand dollars worth of assets of theres , when everything i've got is broken 🤣 y'all don't go here !!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to rent a center better yet , you'd probably be better off going to goodwill , to get the kind of junk they're selling people !!!! They are very unprofessional and disgusting people !!! I will never do business with them ever again ! Very much in the mindset of having them come pick up all this junk !!!! I'm sure there's a 100 companies out here ! You'd want to spend your money with rather than these nasty people! Fighting kidney disease stage 3 with 1 kidney all while trying to rest as i should be so I can work and send ya the payment but if Im dead yall really won't get your money ! It's called compassion, especially when me.This customer has been with y'all over a year paying lol y'all don't value your customers y'all have no values ! I

Most everyone there is courteous and helpful, but Princeton goes above and beyond as he's always trying to accommodate the customer. I became acquainted with this spirited young man when he called my home to thank my son for his business.

Amazing customer service! Nicki and Preston are truly great at what they do! Very personable and knowledgeable. Nicki handled my needs with diligence and had an insurmountable amount of patience, while I fought with which items I wanted to proceed with. I highly recommend them for your rental needs!

I had a wonderful experience with Aaron's delivery drivers Coby and Tray. They were skillful and pleasant. I would definitely refer my friends and family based their couterosy and professionalism.

Horrible I told them I work for DoorDash and Instacart so money ain’t really always steady… they charge my account literally everyday called me everyday acting like I never paid I did but got tired of them harassing me. Not my fault yall don’t do credit checks…. They came to my house tonight at 6:30 bagged on my door repeatedly they kept knocking until like 7:30 I live in a apartment people are around me I wasn’t home it was to the point my gf was uncomfortable she didn’t open the door so I called and I told them to leave bc I wasn’t home and telling me to tell her to open the door if I’m not home the door won’t be opened to no body they are disrespectful I have footage and all I don’t have to give it back but that’s the right thing to do so threaten me again with the law bc best believe it’s a civil matter bc yall stupid enough to let everyone get approved 💀 this will be goin to court for harassment I’ll make sure I keep my washer and dryer for what yall have done tn

They are rude banged on our door at 7 at night. Came in messed up our flooring dragging the items. Scraped up our fridge. Will include pics they will harass you. Horrible people to deal with the skinny white girl and big black girl came in my apartment acting tough and got quiet when I told them how it was. I also have video footage of everything from that night and while they were in my apartment talking big. If I would’ve handled it then it would’ve been wrong but I will be at the Newnan store Monday afternoon. And “legal actions will be taken” lmaoooo🤣🤣 they’re so goofy and bad management bullying and so on. Be careful they will be nice at the beginning!!
