Customer reviews
Customer service in the store is great but when you call during business hours no one answers the phone and you can't ever leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is always full and even if you can leave a voicemail no one ever returns the calls. Like I stated at the beginning the Customer service in the store is great but when I work 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday in Athens at the College and don't get home until 7pm and I work part time on Saturdays the phone works better for me sometimes.
Went there for a fridge they only had 2 options one said 135 month so got that one rung up to 184. Weird but ok so told me it could be delivered the following Wensday so removed my old fridge never heard a word out of them well we called that evening they said they don’t know why the other employees told us Thursday and couldn’t tell me when they could get the fridge there. So we got a refund that we’re still waiting on. Would not recommend
The new manager is very respectful and knowledgeable about the store. If you are looking for great customer service and affordable furniture go see them🫶🏽

Called because I was trying to pay my bill off before I move out of state in two weeks. They told me that corporate was looking into my account but could not give me any information. I told them that since I could not get any info, they could come get their stuff.
Customer service was great . Store associate Bo Bowers was very courteous and professional . Very attractive prices on their items..I actually bought a Dining Set without the application headache like other stores.
