They will not come get there will not take my calls, Thank God I got my payment back and cancel the card so I guess I will keep their stuff for free Noone wants to do their job came out here to inspect their stuff and went GUESS I will have no choice but to SALE this appliances and sofa they wont come and get it or return my money told them since April the fourth to come get their Stuff let this be public notice don't shop here or you will find an hard ass MANGER if I was behind on my payment it would not matter what conditions the stuff is in just excuse to keep my payment

Kyle at the Monroe ga store is very unprofessional. Spoke to him since March and said he didn't need Power of attorney papers . Now that my grandmother is in nursing home he lied and said he removed her card from auto draft. WHICH SHE ONLY HAD A FEW PAYMENY LEFT. SAID IT WAS TO OLD TO RETURN SO I SAID DO WHATEVER YALL HAVE TO DO BUT DO NOT TAKE IT OUT OF HER ACCT. I CALLED 3X IN NOV . NOV 18TH LAST CALL TO KYLE TO MAKE SURE HER CARD WAS DELETED OUT OF SYSTEM. KYLE SAID OK ITS DONE. I SAID OK SO PAYMENT WILL NOT COME OUT HE SAID NO I REMOVED IT. I SAID OK JUST CHECKING CAUSE THE STATE GETS HER CHECK AND I CANT PAY IT. HE SAID AGAIN ITS REMOVED. Dec 3 the payment was taken out again after he lied and said it wouldn't be. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Aaron’s Monroe. Anytime there is any sort of issue, they are patient, kind, and understanding. I believe it is Mike that I normally speak with and he’s the best! Great customer service! Everyone there is awesome.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company! I leased a mower from Aaron's in Monroe and didn't even have it running for ten minutes when the motor locked up. They wouldn't replace it and then tried to blame me for it locking up. How can I lick it up by cranking it! They said they would refund me, but when I checked my account this morning, not only was I not refunded, but they took an additional payment out, which caused me to be overdrawn. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could give negative stars, I would!
