We came by twice before we made a decision about the mattress set we wanted. We were helped the first time by Eriona and the sale was completed by Sabrina, they were both courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what we needed. Babcock has been our go to store for years and that's not about to change

I like Badcock. The store is always clean when I visited it and the employees are there to help you with all your needs. I didn’t like that they had to update my account when my account haven’t been inactive for a full year. I didn’t want that hard inquiry on my credit report, but I needed something new. I did, however get an increase on my credit there after the update so that was nice.
