I’ve purchased several items from Rent-A-Center over time, and I’ve always had a great experience. My most recent purchase was a kitchen table, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Patrick and Bonita are amazing, they are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. Because of their excellent customer service and the quality of the items, I continue to choose Rent-A-Center and highly recommend them.

Im giving a 4 star review bc they were very helpful, kind, and willing to help get the process done even with hiccups back and forth (nothing major). I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile for customers and it makes you feel good about making purchases with them when they do. The only thing that set me back was the fact that they charge you to set your payments up on automatic. I have never paid an additional feel to do things on auto pay. In fact, most ppl give you a discount for doing auto pay (ex: cell phone company, at&t, etc). So paying an extra $13 for auto pay just doesn't sit well with me. Regardless im happy with the customer service and the willingness to assist me set up the account and going through the process of selecting my items. Christmas will be a bit brighter because of such.

Patrick and Bonita are the absolute best . Any issue or concern I had they managed to accommodate or fix . Moving from Florida to Georgia you 2 have made this process a lot easier . Thank you for everything . This is an amazing location
