If I can rate no stars, I would! I paid my deposit 2 weeks ago and was told someone would reach out regarding delivery. AN ENTIRE WEEK PASSES… and I’ve heard nothing. So I call , only for them to tell me they need more information. So I give it to them and WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR AN “APPROVAL”. Still no call. So I call them , they tell me that they JUST PROCESSED IT and that it’ll be delivered the next business day. Today I receive a message saying I’m scheduled to receive my Living room set between 3pm to 5pm. It is now 7:30pm. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to call and schedule a delay or even update me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just the whole process has made me truly despise them. Yet they will be knocking down your door when it becomes time to pay them … PLEASE DO BETTER!

Im giving a 4 star review bc they were very helpful, kind, and willing to help get the process done even with hiccups back and forth (nothing major). I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile for customers and it makes you feel good about making purchases with them when they do.
The only thing that set me back was the fact that they charge you to set your payments up on automatic. I have never paid an additional feel to do things on auto pay. In fact, most ppl give you a discount for doing auto pay (ex: cell phone company, at&t, etc). So paying an extra $13 for auto pay just doesn't sit well with me.
Regardless im happy with the customer service and the willingness to assist me set up the account and going through the process of selecting my items. Christmas will be a bit brighter because of such.
