My intial interaction when i can in the store was amazing! The young man Jabari the assistant manager that helped me out was great with walking me through the process and to get me all set up. However, when the furniture arrived today it had a nasty crusty stain on it that looked like bodily fluid. I called in immediately after the delivery driver left and spoke with Tatiana. Unfortunately, she made this experience worse! Instead of trying to immediately find a solution, she wanted to go back and forth about the stain not being there before the furniture left the store. Which is completely irrelevant because regardless it showed up to my home with a nasty dried up stain on it that obviously has been there. The fact that this furniture showed up to my house not inspected or thoroughly cleaned is absolutely unacceptable!! Tatiana’s solution was to have someone come with a “rag” to clean the furniture but couldn’t happen until Monday. Today is Friday at 1:00pm someone should be coming out right away to clean and disenfect this furniture. I find it highly unprofessional to first allow the furniture to be delivered like that but to not immediately try to find a solution goes to show a certain level of integrity. Because this was a pre leased item doesn’t mean it shouldn’t have to be throughly cleaned and inspected to make sure it’s not causing any kind of harm to the next person that’s leasing it. Any matter like that should be immediately addressed! As i am writing this review the sales manager Rosa did contact me to let me know that someone would come today to clean the furniture which i very much appreciate because that’s all i wanted is for Aaron’s to take the concern and be proactive about a resolution. A little customer service goes a long way.

I've been using Aaron's for more than 10 plus years on and off and I have always been satisfied with their products and customer service. I like their 120 days same as cash. It allows me to get their furniture and other products and pay later. Their merchandise are quality.

Tatianna and Rose are amazing, however this review is about the movers and how lazy they are. My husband had to load the sofa in the apartment because they really didnt want to do it. The excuse was that it wouldn't fit but yet he did it with no problem. The movers didnt even take down the sofa from the truck before they stated it couldnt fit and pick something else.

I searched everywhere to get something fast and this was advertised/promised 1-3 days delivery. And they are telling me it will be TWO WEEKS from when I purchased it now. Back to looking for a quick delivery again. I have 3 kids and no way to wash our clothes and stopped going to the laundry mat when I ordered this days ago only to find out I was lied to. When I said something about the delivery she suddenly could bring it a whole day earlier. Huge red flags. I am glad I’m seeing this now before wasting my money. I can’t get this cancelled fast enough.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I needed. This was the nicest, cleanest Aaron’s store I’ve ever seen! I’ll be back for sure.
