Brandon was helpful when I had family visiting in town and needed another bed. He was able to get it delivered the next night. But thats the only positive thing I can say. First their delivery truck had issues, so they had a guy use his personal vehicle. When they delivered the bed I was given a queen mattress and a full box spring. Made it work for the night but they didnt come out until a week later to switch it out. I was informed they were brand new. The box spring came wrapped in plastic but not the mattress. No protection which means it was laying on top of this guys suv roof. I was set up on a biweekly payment plan, made payments no issues for a year. Due to fraud on my account I had to push one payment to the next week and made both payments. Was not told that now I am a monthly payment and cant change back. But everytime I would call I would be met with rudeness from Brandon. I would be answering a question and then he would talk over me, was never a hello or good bye just hung up. Or make comments; "if you would let me talk, or can I talk now, like I already said" etc. & now without being told my account has been moved to another location, for reasons I am not sure why.

The Mgr Brandon really displays Professionism in every Facet of his Job and Duties. He's Very Knowledgeable of his Responsibilities as Manager and Great Asset Overall to Buddy's Rental Company.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The store manager, Brandon, with his sassy attitude, is extremely unprofessional and rude. The way he talks to customers is completely out of line. Look elsewhere and don’t waste your money here.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with this location — especially with the manager Brandon — has been unacceptable from start to finish. He was rude, unprofessional, combative, and made the entire process a nightmare. First, the prices I was quoted were not honored. I was overcharged, and the $3,000 I was approved for was not honored. Brandon accused me of things I had nothing to do with and clearly misjudged me, which I later found out may have been due to previous customer issues. Regardless, that does not justify mistreating new customers. I was told my furniture wouldn’t be delivered for a week due to being short-staffed. When it finally came, only one delivery guy showed up — struggling to carry the items by himself. That alone was unsafe. On top of that, my walls were scratched and a hole was left during delivery. I was promised it would be fixed, but it never was. Worse: my daughter’s bedroom set had roaches coming from the inside. I live in a brand-new home, and this cost me additional money for pest treatments. Completely unacceptable. The delivery driver also made me extremely uncomfortable. He kept flirting even after I told him I was engaged. Then, he showed up to my house unannounced. When I asked him why, he said Brandon sent him “just to check.” I felt unsafe and had to pretend my older kids were home. I immediately told my husband and made him aware. When I called corporate for help — just to get clarity on how to make my payments — Brandon told me I couldn’t pay off my items because I had gone “over his head.” This is pure retaliation, and highly unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Let me be clear: I never had these problems at the Buddy’s in Conyers, GA. The team there was respectful, helpful, and professional. I deeply regret switching locations. I now have a lawyer involved, and I hope corporate or someone higher up sees this and takes it seriously. I’m tired of being mistreated and talked down to by people like Brandon. I need answers. I need accountability. And I want this resolved — fast.

If I could leave 0 stars I would ! I would never do business with nobody who treats their customers the way that Brandon (the store manager did) I payed and scheduled delivery date. Same day manager called and canceled and said that he didn’t approve any of it because info didn’t match up even after me providing my lease! My door number is different from my mail number which is clearly stated in the lease. Brandon argued with for about 30 minutes about my refund and said he had nothing to do with me being refunded. Please go elsewhere and save ur money
