Went by Aarons today and purchased a nice living room set for 888$. The delivery fee was only 50$. The delivery men Elmer and Keean was kind and quick. Kearia (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) the sale person was very helpful and patient and she helped me decide between two sets I wanted. Deon, the other sales person was kind too. I was treated with respect. Even though I was kind of loud on the phone. Lol I'm sorry for that. Other than that I appreciate everyone's assistance today. 5 stars from me Aarons in Jonesboro.

Did an order online for a washer and dryer a few weeks ago. Called several times, speaking to a latrease each time, who ultimately told me they didn't know when they would receive the set I purchased and that was why I hadn't received a call about my order. I then told her to cancel the order since I needed a set asap. Fast forward to this week, I get an email for a payment reminder. I call speaking to a deanglo this time who claims the order was never canceled and that he himself did so. Two days later, I get another payment reminder so I called him again. Apparently he didn't cancel it either and tells me to call again in 10 minutes. Excuse me, but I've called yall at least six times already, and despite your poor, rather lack of good recordkeeping, it is not my job to ensure yall do yalls. Now I'm not obligated to pay for anything not in my possession nor ever been. I purchased a set from BrandsMart the day after I told yall to cancel. Now after you "go put hands" on the set I never got (like I'm a fraud or something), put hands on that keyboard and get yall records straight FOR ONCE! The next call won't be to you.

I'm so happy i went with Aaron's rent to own. They made my first experience with them the best experience. I been with them a year. I will always be a returning customer. I am now a gold star preferred customer. Every one at this location is amazing and helpful. Thank yall so much!
