Now let’s be real, my favorite phrase Is music to my ears always— “One year same as cash,” they say it proud, And I’m already signing before they’re done out loud! No interest added? That’s my jam. Smart shopping mode? Yes ma’am, I am! I jump on that deal every time, Because saving money just feels so fine. They’re patient, helpful, never rude, Always professional with a positive mood. No pressure, no stress, just good energy— That’s why this location is the best for me. So when it’s time to shop again, I already know where I’m walkin’ in. I’m a Rental Queen, I’m not changing unless that’s what God tells me to do. Some of the reviews I read (bad ones) I have never been treated that way in this location. I have had bad experiences before but never this store. My grandmother always told me treat people how you want to be treated, because you might come across them later.

Ronesha and Ocie were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended coming to see them. Super chill people, worked with me on what I needed and getting it out to me when I needed it!

Hello, my name is Nadine and the manager Keanu is very professional, very kind! I received world class customer service from him and I feel he is doing a phenomenal job! He is very knowledgeable about the products and has always helped me. The products I received from RAC is top tier! Keanu always have a pleasant and very positive attitude.

I’ve paid off a couple of items and still am paying for one as we speak. I’ve been dealing with Manager, Ocie since December of 2023. It’s has been nothing but great. Anytime I had any questions of any issues I can text them and get it figured out. I have nothing but high praises for this location. Even though I’m about to finish paying off my Son’s PS5, I may get something else form them just because they have been awesome with me. DONT go across the street to terrible A-ARon’s store to rent to own, go here to the Hiram location and talk with Ocie and his crew.

Couch cushions slid. Was told I’d be sent Velcro to hold them in place. That never happened. Kind of disappointed because I can’t wash all of my couch cushion cases. Looking forward to a better experience going forward.
